A virtual hiring event is a scheduled online event where job seekers meet and interview with the organization hosting the hiring event. The host company can connect with job seekers in a virtual environment through a choice of video, audio, and/or text chat.

How does hosting a virtual hiring event work?

Hosting your virtual hiring event through JobFairX allows you to build your own branded virtual hiring event and interview virtually with job seekers through video, audio, and/or text chat. Job seekers can schedule interviews prior to the event or wait in line when the event begins to speak with a hiring manager.
