How to set up your organization’s profile

Your organization’s profile allows candidates to learn more about your company, view open opportunities, and schedule interviews.

Setting up your organization’s profile

To set up your organization’s profile, navigate to your dashboard and select “Set up company profile”.

Step #1: Input your company details

You can create your company profile from scratch or clone your profile from another event.

Step #2: Add Jobs

Add jobs to your profile. You will have the option to add “Yes” or “No” screener questions unique to each position. This will screen candidates that request an interview prior to and during the event. Note that these questions act as a “gatekeeper” and a wrong answer will prevent the candidate from interviewing with you.

You can add recruiters to the event by selecting: “Invite Recruiter”
