Virtual Hiring Events (Host an event) are single-company events, branded to your organization. Host events of any size with flexible job sponsorship. Have peace of mind that your events will be well-attended and deliver quality candidates, without overspending.

• Zoom doesn't have an event lobby, interview scheduling, candidate profiles, direct video calling, company profiles, and sponsor branding opportunities. JobFairX does.
• Zoom can’t automate screening, or have multiple concurrent private 1-on-1 interviews, like JobFairX.
• JobFairX offers more modes of connecting such as one-on-one interviews, private messaging, interactive company profiles, and more.
• Zoom is great for up to 50 people or so, but once Zoom meetings get into the hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of attendees, it can become difficult to manage and participate in an event.
• Zoom requires other applications to provide important event components, such as event registration, scheduling, programming, analytics, marketing automation, and design. All of this is built into JobFairX, integrated and seamless.
